Due to the potential winter storm forecasted to bring hazardous conditions, including black ice and freezing temperatures throughout the day, we have an Asynchronous work from home day on Friday, January 10, 2025. To prioritize the safety of our students and families, this day will be an Asynchronous Learning Day.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Students will receive assignments from their teachers on Thursday, January 9, to complete at home.
• Each student will also receive a bagged lunch on Thursday that includes breakfast and lunch items to ensure they have meals while at home.
This decision was made early to help families prepare. We’ve been closely monitoring the weather and consulting with local officials to ensure we make the best choice for everyone’s safety.
Friendly reminders:
• Temperatures will drop significantly Thursday night, so please run your water to prevent pipes from freezing.
• Stay safe and warm during this time.
